Kara Hardin, Founder of The Practice Lab, is a mental health educator, keynote speaker, and Registered Psychotherapist with a background as a corporate lawyer. 

She helps high achievers and leadership teams across industries understand how humanity, early experiences, physiology, and societal pressures shape success. 

Kara’s work is grounded in her core values: learning and kindness.

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (University of St. Thomas, Minnesota)
